At Down Range Tactical Solutions, we know how valuable your time is. We completely understand that sometimes things happen that prevent us from attending scheduled events. As part of our commitment to our clients, we adhere to the following guidelines as they are related to course attendance to ensure everyone has an equal opportunity to participate:

• Cancellations - MUST be done at least 48 hours before your scheduled course to avoid a cancellation charge.
• Changes To Your Reservation - (before the event) are allowed at no charge prior to 48 hours before start of the class.
• No Show - Clients that miss their scheduled course are required to contact a Down Range Tactical Solutions Instructor to reschedule their reservation. Notification MUST be made within 2-weeks, or your course fees will be forfeited.
• Failure To Pay For Your Course - (Within 72 hours of course) We routinely have to shift clients between classes to accommodate scheduling needs and demand to attend our courses. Clients that sign up, but (under special circumstances) don't pay for their course at the time they sign-up have up to two weeks before the scheduled class to pay, or they will be removed from the class roster.
• Cancellation / No Show / Rescheduling WITHOUT APPROPRIATE NOTICE - $30 fee required.
